What Do You Cook For AUTUMN? || Autumn Squash Bake Salad

Woke up today and without losing any moment went through to mom's garden. She has a lovely organic garden at the backyard.  

Lately I'm trying my best to eat healthy and caring nutrition. I don't know what's gonna happen when I go back to university, away from mom's delicious garden gosh!

Here is Autumn Squash Baked Salad recipe


Ingredients: 4 medium yellow squashes, 3 tbspn olive oil, 1/2 cup yoghurt || 

Directions:

1st: Grate the whole squash.
2nd: add olive oil into Pot. Bake these lil yellow friends til they are so smooth and not watery.
3rd and the LAST STEP: Add yoghurt into baked squash, ta daa. We are done!

Place onto service Plate and you can serve with some more olive oil and olives, it's onto you.
