Who doesn't love them?
The best snack ever. Really the best, after pretzels.
This one is easy peasy to bake whenever you want. I'm gonna tell you how to:
Just add them and bake at 200 or 250 C for 7-10 min;
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, light or dark
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup oats that you eat in the breakfast
- 2 tablespoons orange juice, optional*
- 2 cups chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit, optional
- *Use the optional orange juice if you're adding chips, nuts, fruit, etc. Don't add the orange juice if you're not using any add-ins.
