In 7-Minute Whole Grain Cookie Recipe (SNACKS ARE THE BEST!)

           

Who doesn't love them? 

The best snack ever. Really the best, after pretzels.

This one is easy peasy to bake whenever you want.  I'm gonna tell you how to:
Just add them and bake at 200 or 250  C  for 7-10 min; 
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, light or dark
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup oats that you eat in the breakfast
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, optional*
  • 2 cups chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit, optional 
  • *Use the optional orange juice if you're adding chips, nuts, fruit, etc. Don't add the orange juice if you're not using any add-ins.
