I'd like to describe the happiness of profiterole, choux á la créme (France), cream puff (US). First you drown into chocolate sauce waves then your taste buds dance with following rare chunky chocolate chips, cream in puffs feels like heaven indeed, smooth and nom and I love it. Little dessert jar makes it look delightful besides!
